Life is challenging, and that’s a fact. Each of us face many challenging situations on a daily basis that try to bring us down, and at times succeed. This can lead to feelings of sadness, hopelessness, inability to sleep, may impact relationships or even our work.
If you experience any of these symptoms or any of the following issues, then please reach out for support.
*Low frustration tolerance
*Worry or concern
I feel that every persons counseling journey is just as unique as their life experiences. Therefore, my techniques and interventions reflect that. There are “core” interventions used for anxiety, depression, PTSD, etc, but each should be tailored to where each person is at on their therapeutic journey. What works for one, may not work for another, so I try to continue educating myself through trainings and conferences to stay up to date and knowledgeable on the latest therapeutic happenings. In February 2018, I will be working on my Maternal Mental Health Certification, through Postpartum Support International.
You may be uncertain about what “online counseling” is all about. I love educating potential clients on the wonderful benefits that counseling online affords, and will answer any questions you may have!
